Sleep Disorder Symptoms
Each type of sleep disorder has its own set of symptoms. That being said, there are some symptoms that are common across the board. These are associated with almost every type of sleep disorder.
Here are several of the most common sleep disorder symptoms:

You are still tired when you wake up. If you are still tired when you wake up after the appropriate amount of sleep, there is a good chance something is preventing your body from moving through each cycle of sleep.

You snore. Does your partner complain that you snore entirely too much? While most people do this from time to time, if it has become a major problem there is a good chance you are suffering from a sleep disorder.

You find yourself falling asleep during the day. If you find yourself dozing off during regular activities, such as working or driving, you may have a sleep disorder. This could be a sign that you are not getting enough sleep during the nighttime hours.

You struggle to fall asleep. Do you find yourself tossing and turning for hours on end before finally passing out? Do you wake up time and time again throughout the night? This can be a sign of insomnia, and you may require medication to get back into a normal sleeping pattern.

You are dealing with other health concerns. Remember, sleep disorders are often times associated with other health concerns. You sleep disorder could be causing these health issues or vice versa. Either way, you need to consult with an experienced medical professional.
As noted above, each sleep disorder also has its own symptoms. For example, snoring and sleep apnea are often associated with the following:
